Delete your HomeoRemedy account

This page explains how to permanently delete your HomeoRemedy account and the data associated with it.

Option 1: Delete it yourself, inside the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately. No email or waiting period is involved.

Open HomeoRemedy and make sure you are signed in.
Go to the Settings tab.
Tap Delete account.
Tap Continue on the first confirmation.
Tap Delete permanently on the second confirmation.

Your account and data are erased right away and you are returned to the signed-out screen. There are two confirmation steps because this cannot be undone.

Option 2: If you cannot sign in

If you have lost access to your account and cannot reach the Settings screen, email homeoremedyofficial@gmail.com from the email address you registered with, using the subject line Account deletion request.

We verify that the request comes from the registered address and then delete the account on your behalf. Please allow up to 30 days, though it is usually completed much sooner.

Deleting only your consultation history, and keeping your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove your health information. Inside the app:

Open the Case History tab.
To remove one consultation, swipe or tap the delete control on that entry.
To remove all of them at once, tap Clear All.

Either action deletes the consultation from our servers immediately, including the symptoms you described and the AI conversation. Your account, your remaining credits and your saved remedies are untouched. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted when you delete your account

All of the following is erased permanently and cannot be recovered:

Your account and sign-in credentials — your email address, name and profile details are removed, and the sign-in account itself is destroyed.
Your consultations and case history — including everything you described about your symptoms, and every AI conversation.
Remaining AI credits — any unused credits, including purchased ones, are forfeited and are not refunded.
Saved remedies and preferences — along with your app settings and language choice.

What is kept, and why

Two things deliberately outlive the account. Neither can identify you, and neither is used for advertising or shared with anyone.

A one-way marker that the free trial was already used. The free trial is offered once per person and once per device. To enforce that after deletion, we keep an irreversible HMAC-SHA256 fingerprint of your email address and of your device identifier. A fingerprint cannot be reversed back into an email address or a device ID — it can only be compared against a future signup. This is why creating a new account will not restore free trial credits.

Purchase records required by law. If you bought credits, the transaction record is retained for tax and accounting purposes for as long as the law requires. Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never receive or store your card or payment details.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Uninstalling HomeoRemedy removes it from your phone but leaves your account and your consultations on our servers. Use one of the two options above to delete the account itself.
